Important Notice
By accessing or using the HyreFast platform (the "Service"), operated by HyreFast Private Limited ("HyreFast", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Important Disclaimer
HyreFast is a tool to assist with hiring workflows. We do not make hiring decisions, do not guarantee candidate quality or fit, and do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. By using HyreFast, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Your Role as Data Controller
- • As an employer using HyreFast, you are the Data Controller for candidate data you upload or collect through the platform.
- • You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from candidates before processing their data through HyreFast.
- • You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including India's DPDP Act, 2023, and where applicable, GDPR.
HyreFast as Data Processor
- • HyreFast acts as a Data Processor, processing candidate data on your behalf to provide the Service.
- • We process data only as necessary to deliver the platform features you use.
- • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or candidate data.
- • Data is stored on AWS infrastructure with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification, with primary storage within India.
User Content & Data Ownership
You Own Your Data
- • You retain all rights to the data you upload, including candidate profiles, job postings, interview recordings, transcripts, and evaluation rubrics.
- • You grant HyreFast a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
- • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all content you submit.
HyreFast Owns the Platform
- • HyreFast retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, including software, AI models, analytics, brand, and design.
- • Aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified insights derived from platform usage are owned by HyreFast and may be used to improve the Service.
- • No license or right is granted to you beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
Intellectual Property
- • The HyreFast platform, including its software, AI models, algorithms, user interface, brand, logo, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by HyreFast Private Limited and protected by applicable IP laws.
- • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform without our express written consent.
- • You retain all intellectual property rights to your content (as defined in the User Content & Data Ownership section).
- • Feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by HyreFast without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.
AI Usage & Non-Discrimination
AI is a Tool — You Make Hiring Decisions
- • HyreFast uses AI to assist with interview scheduling, candidate screening, scoring, and analytics. AI-generated outputs are recommendations only.
- • You, the employer, are solely responsible for all hiring decisions. HyreFast does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or completeness of AI outputs.
- • You must review AI-generated assessments with human oversight before acting on them.
Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity
- • You agree not to use HyreFast in a manner that discriminates against candidates based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, caste, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
- • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- • HyreFast is not liable for any hiring decisions, outcomes, or consequences arising from your use of AI-generated assessments.

Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Price Changes:
We'll notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes.
Current subscribers maintain their rate for the current billing period.
Late Payment Policy
Access to the platform may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments. A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension. Additional fees may apply for failed payments.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. HyreFast does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
- • To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyreFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- • HyreFast's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to HyreFast in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- • HyreFast is not liable for any hiring decisions, candidate outcomes, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated assessments or platform features.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HyreFast Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- • Your use or misuse of the Service, including violation of these Terms.
- • Your hiring decisions and outcomes, including any claims of discrimination or unfair employment practices.
- • Candidate data or personal information you process through the platform, including any failure to obtain proper consent.
- • Any content you upload, including job postings, interview recordings, or evaluation data.
- • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Termination

- • Access continues until end of billing period

- • No cancellation fees
By HyreFast
- • Violation of terms
- • Non-payment after grace period
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • 30-day notice when possible
Data Retention After Termination
Governing Law & Disputes
- • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
- • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where HyreFast Private Limited is registered.
- • The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations before initiating legal proceedings.
- • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Modifications to Terms
- • HyreFast reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
- • Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- • If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription as described in the Termination section.
- • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
